By using the Western Digital WD Events meeting booking platform (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

The Service allows you to request, book, and manage 1:1 meetings with Western Digital at upcoming events (e.g. Vivatech, ISC). You agree to provide accurate information when booking and to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to the event.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

Meeting slots are subject to availability and confirmation. Western Digital reserves the right to accept, decline, or reschedule bookings. You may cancel or reschedule in accordance with the options provided in the Service. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted access to future bookings.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and content, is owned by Western Digital or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use our trademarks or content without prior written permission.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability in connection with your use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
